Ensure 100% supply of Reclaimed and Newsand To all production Centres With out shortage. 2. Ensure quality and on time delivery to molding line 3. Adhering to TQM, ACME, GreenCo, QMS and OH&SMS Standards 4. Continual improvement" Responsibilities & Accountabilities Ensure Zero line stopper Due to Excess sand in Silos ,With Sand balancing. Collect all sand ,Dust and Thermal gas consumption datas On daily basis and it should be updated. Daily monitor if any Leakages of sand ,water and Dust in Pipe line, IT should be corrected Immediatly with help of TPM Identify if any Unsafe work and unsafe act in our department ITshould be highlited and corrceted With help of concern department Ensure Shop floor in Clean condition. Training for Newly joined CL In all Machines (Sand drier,Thermal,G20 and C9 craneoperation.) Maintaining ISO9001-2015,EOHS/EMS Records and monitoring calibaration of equipment.
