Service Engineer- HVAC/BMS

As a Service Technician for this position, your role will involve service, calibration, and troubleshooting of process control instruments. You will work with a variety of instruments such as Pressure Transmitters, Switches, RTDs, Level Transmitters, etc. Your main focus will be to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrument readings through meticulous calibration procedures. Providing technical support to clients via phone calls, on-site visits, emails, and other communication channels will also be part of your responsibilities. Addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions to ensure the smooth operation of instruments and systems are key tasks. Additionally, you will prepare service reports, test certificates, and technical documents detailing tasks performed, calibration results, and any identified issues. Key Responsibilities: - Service, calibration, and troubleshooting of process control instruments - Ensure accuracy and reliability of instrument readings through meticulous calibration procedures - Provide technical support to clients via phone calls, on-site visits, emails, and other communication channels - Address inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure smooth operation of instruments and systems - Prepare service reports, test certificates, and technical documents detailing tasks performed, calibration results, and identified issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in calibrating, servicing, and troubleshooting products related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Building Management Systems (BMS) - Proficiency in preparing technical documents, reports, and certificates If you are interested in this position, be prepared to answer the following application questions: - Have you done calibration of HVAC/BMS products - What is your current CTC - What is your expected CTC - What is your notice period - Have you done service support for Process Control Instrumentation Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with a yearly bonus. The preferred education requirement for this role is a Diploma, and the preferred experience includes 2 years of field service. A willingness to travel 75% of the time is also preferred. The work location is in person.,
