Service Engineer

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for attending service maintenance calls for various products including CNC, Robots, and CNC machines such as Robodrill - VMC, Robocut - Wire EDM, and Roboshot - Plastic Injection Molding Machine. Your primary focus will be to provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve challenges, and offer routine service support to ensure customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans are executed effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Attend service maintenance calls for CNC, Robots, and CNC machines - Provide technical support to customers, resolving challenges efficiently - Offer routine service support in respective zone accounts to execute customer system assurance and improvement plans - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the respective zone customers - Engage in problem-solving through system analysis, data interpretation, and providing recommendations for optimal customer operations - Assist the Sales team by providing market information on new applications in existing and new accounts - Travel within the assigned sales territory for local and overnight visits Qualification Required: - Diploma / BE/ B.
