Location – Navi Mumbai – Pawne

Your Role

• To provide service support to customers at a short notice and ensure customer delight
• HT Motors service business portfolio ( service contract , retrofits , spare parts , repairs )
• To provide lead generation to sales team for business growth
• To monitor & take actions on open calls , escalated cases ,service business targets
• Focus on industry segment like petrochemical Steel / Mining / Paper Industries apart from discrete industries which is in line with our portfolio growth commitment
• To drive digitalization portfolio
  

Your Profile

• BE Electrical or similar qualification
• Good Knowledge on HT/LT Motors with service/repair exposure of +5 years.
• Application knowledge in the industry area of Petrochemical /Oil & Gas/ Metal / Mining/ Cement/ Paper
• Good communication skills & service attitude is important.
• Travelling on short notice and to serve customers 6. Know how on Medium voltage will be considered as additional benefit
