Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and Service Machine Engineer with hands-on expertise in installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various types of industrial machines, including but not limited to: All kinds of Sewing Machines (Manual & Computerized) Jarkan Shaking Machines Hot Fix Machines Paperless Rhinestone Transfer Machines Fusing Machines CNC Machines ETC.... The ideal candidate will be passionate about machinery, technically sound, and capable of providing both in-house and on-site service support to clients. Key Responsibilities: 1.Install and commission various types of industrial machines at client locations. 2.Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machine functionality. 3.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. 4.Maintain service logs, technical documentation, and reports. 5. Provide technical support and training to operators and clients. 6. Collaborate with the sales and technical team for customer satisfaction. 7. Suggest upgrades or improvements based on usage patterns and wear.
