Service engineer - Fire & Safety

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our Fire & Security team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fire protection and electronic security systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering excellent service to clients. Key Responsibilities • System Installation: Install and configure fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) security systems as per specifications and safety codes. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring effective protection. • System Testing: Conduct testing and calibration of fire alarm panels, detectors, security cameras, and access control systems. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, component replacements, and customer interactions. • Client Support: Provide training and guidance to clients on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices. • Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades and remain updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. Qualifications • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Security Systems, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant field experience in the fire and security industry. Technical Skills • Proficiency with fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarms. • Experience with Simplex fire alarm panels. • Knowledge of graphics integration for fire and security systems.

Pay: ₹8,785.66 - ₹38,266.27 per month
