Qualification

• ITI in Electronics OR
• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation from a recognized Institution

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with relevant field/service experience can apply

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of electronics and basic electrical systems
• Ability to understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (100% field role)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and field practices

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of electronic systems at customer sites
• Diagnosing faults and performing timely repairs to ensure minimal downtime
• Conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule
• Providing on-site technical support and resolving customer complaints
• Coordinating with the service team and reporting daily field activities
• Maintaining service records, job cards, and service reports
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards

Travel Requirement

• 100% travel required across Jharkhand and nearby regions
• Candidate must be flexible and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
