As a Service Engineer - Electrical based in Surat, you will be responsible for visiting client sites to resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve possessing good communication skills to effectively understand and address client technical issues. You will be expected to conduct root cause analysis to identify cost-effective solutions and effectively communicate with the service coordinator to ensure all details of assigned complaints are shared promptly. Additionally, maintaining client complaint summaries in assigned call reports and submitting them to the service department will be part of your routine tasks. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, and the work location involves in-person visits to client sites.,
