Position : Service Engineer - Electrical
Location : Surat
Role & Responsibility:
Visit the clinet site to resolve the complaint.Technical understanding of the client complaint and approach to provide on time right solution.Do root cause analysis and find out the cost effective method/approch and solve the problem.Maintain the client complaint summary in assigned call reports and submit to service dept.Clear in communication with service coordinator and share complete and ontime details of assigned complaint.
