Service Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities:

As a Service Engineer at Sterling System & Controls , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our [product/service]. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Installation and Maintenance:

   Install, configure, and maintain product/service at client sites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

2. Customer Support:

3. Remote Assistance:

   Utilize remote tools to diagnose and resolve issues when on-site visits are not feasible. Offer guidance to clients for basic problem resolution.

4. Training:

   Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of our products/services. Create user manuals and documentation as needed.

5. Collaboration:

   Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback on client experiences and contribute to product improvement.

6. Emergency Response:

   Be available for on-call duty to respond to urgent service requests outside of regular working hours.
