Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer Electrical located in Pune. The Service Engineer will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure the optimal operation of electrical systems and equipment. Primary responsibilities include providing field service support, diagnosing technical issues, and offering solutions to address maintenance and repair needs. Additionally, the role requires assisting clients with technical support and ensuring equipment is running efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems or equipment-related issues.
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and hands-on problem-solving.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
• Capability in providing Technical Support for resolving issues and addressing client concerns.
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in the electrical or power equipment industry is an advantage.
