Job Title: Electrical Service Engineer Location: PAN INDIA Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Electrical / Engineering / Manufacturing Experience: Fresher’s with strong basics may also apply We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our team at a leading Electrical Panel Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, electrical control panels, and a willingness to travel for on-site service, installation, and support. Key Responsibilities : Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LT Panels, HT Panels, Control Panels, and other electrical systems. Provide technical support to customers during and after installation. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Coordinate with design and production teams for modifications or upgrades. Conduct routine inspection and testing of panels at the customer site. Maintain proper documentation of service reports, feedback, and customer interactions. Train end-users or client electricians on panel usage and safety protocols. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Basic knowledge of electrical components like MCB, MCCB, ACB, contactors, relays, and control circuits. Familiarity with LT Panels, PCC, MCC, AMF, APFC, and VFD panels. Ability to understand and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for on-site service and support across locations. Knowledge of safety standards and electrical protocols. Excellent communication skills enthusiastic candidate. Needs to get the offline retailers who are willing to sell. Preferred: Experience in panel manufacturing or field service is a plus. Basic knowledge of PLC/automation systems is an added advantage. Data analysis, customer relationship access controls, Basic Electrical knowledge, MS Office Tools.
