Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites and provide timely on‑site service & troubleshooting
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain construction machinery as per Husqvarna service standards
• Provide clear technical guidance & training to customers during visits
• Report job completion, pending work, and warranty issues to the Service Manager
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports after each site visit
• Maintain tools & ensure adherence to safety & quality norms

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (freshers & experienced both welcome)
• 0–4 years’ experience in field service, repair, or maintenance of industrial / construction equipment preferred
• Good technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel locally in and around Ahmedabad
• Strong communication & customer handling skills
