Here’s the thing. Our work doesn’t happen in a quiet office. It happens on decks, in engine rooms, inside radars, behind consoles, and sometimes in the middle of the night when a vessel can’t afford downtime.

About the Role

You’ll handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs for NAV/COM and automation systems across vessels. The job is hands-on, unpredictable at times, and always rewarding. Clear documentation, steady communication with clients, and sticking to maritime standards are part of the routine.

What You Need

✔ Solid troubleshooting and field service skills

✔ Experience working with navigation, communication, or automation equipment

✔ Comfort working in tough onboard environments

✔ Understanding of IMO rules, class requirements, and marine compliance (bonus)

✔ Familiarity with systems like RADAR, VHF, AIS, EPIRB, ECDIS, etc.

🎓 Diploma or Degree in Marine Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
