Job Description of Service Engineer :

1) Providing fast response to the customers for their service call. This includes reaching customers site at minimum time or as directed by Branch Manager or Service In-charge.

2) Installation / commissioning, repairing or hardware and software modifications or improvements in our supplied systems / product.

3) Providing the demonstration, trials to the customer / participation in the road shows and other sales promotion activities.

4) Helping the Branch Manager / Service In-charge in collection.

5) Retaining existing customers and providing service to them on day-to-day basis and solving their problems.

6) Collecting minimum 2 nos. of CSI forms per month.

7) Collecting minimum 1 no. of performance letter from the customers per month

8) Extensive traveling without any ifs, buts, and hustles.

9) Repairing the faulty product and services at customers place, at branch office or at H.O

10) Getting the drawings and other records updated for any modifications / improvements carried out at client’s place and providing the updated records to the clients and the concerned branch office.

11) Helping the sales team to get the business, application study, contract review etc.

12) Building and enhancing the corporate brand image of the company by providing efficient services to the customers, building a relationship with them and improving their satisfaction.

13) Gathering the internal information about various developments at the customers place, competitors movement, new technology brands, new business opportunities etc. & informing to the superiors and management.

14) Helping production / testing department in manufacturing / testing of product systems, inspection by customer etc. as and when required.

15) Generating application notes, case studies.

16) Reporting to Branch Manager & Service In-charge regularly as per requirement (formally & informally).

17) Providing feedback of our quality and competitors to Branch Manager / Service In-charge.

18) To carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.

19) Completing the important and urgent jobs on the same day without any working day time limitations.

PROFILE

• The candidate should be around 22-28 years of age, with Minimum 2 – 3 years experience of installation & commissioning and servicing of power electronics / industrial automation products and systems.
• Effective presentation skills, the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Aggressive, process oriented and has passion to achieve
• Good customer relationship
• Familiarity with the assigned market and business environment is a must.
• Direct working experience/awareness about the industries
• Ready to travel extensively across assigned area.

SKILL SET

• Knowledge of applications / Segment/ competitor/product.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills and knowledge.
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Aggressive
• Fundamentals knowledge of Electrical and instrumentation .
• Knowledge of Inverter , Motor , Cable , Transformers .
