Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support to customers for radiology equipment such as X-ray, C-arm, CT scan, MRI machines, and cath lab systems. Troubleshoot and repair issues with medical devices to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and implement solutions. Conduct routine maintenance tasks on installed base of equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and timely response. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in biomedical engineering or related field (after sales service). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of medical device technology including X-ray, C-arm, CT scanner, MRI machine, Cath Lab system etc.
