Job Description


We are seeking a

dedicated IT Support Specialist

to provide first-level technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate will have

strong troubleshooting skills

, experience with

hardware, software, and network issues

, and a passion for delivering high-quality technical support.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide

    technical support

    via phone, email, or in person.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve

    hardware, software, and network-related issues

    .

  • Document and track

    support requests

    in the ticketing system.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Maintain and update

    knowledge base articles and user guides

    .

  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests in accordance with

    SLAs

    .

  • Assist with

    hardware and software setup and configuration

    .

  • Conduct

    user training sessions

    and provide IT best practice guidance.


  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree

    in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience

    in a service desk or technical support role.

  • Strong knowledge of

    Windows and Mac operating systems

    .

  • Familiarity with

    ITIL processes and best practices

    .

  • Excellent

    problem-solving and communication

    skills.

  • Ability to work

    independently and collaboratively

    within a team.

  • Customer-oriented with a focus on

    delivering high-quality support

    .


  • Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation

  • CompTIA A+

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
