Job Description

As a Service Desk L1 Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting basic technical issues, managing tickets, providing user support, escalating complex issues when necessary, contributing to knowledge base articles, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other IT team members for efficient issue resolution and service improvement. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential traits for success in this position. While certifications such as ITIL Foundation and prior internship experience in an IT support role are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
