Service Desk Manager

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to business users, front and back office teams, management, and VIP support. This role, based in Noida, will involve overseeing the L1 Service Desk and Purchasing functions at ION. As part of the global team, you will adhere to ION IT Procedures and Policies, engage with team members, and handle various duties ranging from Global Project Work to creating user accounts for new joiners. Your key responsibilities will include supporting operational activities for the L1 Service Desk and Purchasing departments, providing end user support for Microsoft Office suite and other daily operational software, managing staff teams supporting different ION products, training team members, and finding innovative solutions to streamline processes. You will report to the Global Service Desk Head of Department regularly and take ownership of high priority/escalated tickets.
