Job Description


We have an opening for Service desk role for Pune Location with one of our top Global Clients.

Mandatory Skill sets :

Much have experience in ticket management/service request/L1 incident management.

  • Should have experience in windows troubleshooting via call/tickets
  • Must have troubleshooting experience in Active directory, LAN, DNS, & basic windows application tools.
  • Must have experience in any ticketing tools (SNOW, HP ALM, JIRA, BMC Remedy, Cisco Citrix)
  • Should have experience in escalation management & should know how to route a service request to different depts. (e.g. if a L1 ticket is not resolved how to route it to L2)
