Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in an IT service desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for common IT problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
