Candidate with IT ticket handling experience/knowledge with preferred education in BTech/BCA can also apply.

Good communication skills is mandatory.

This position is Work from Office (Mon-Fri), Saturday -Sunday is fix off.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for responding to incidents and requests for support.
• Utilising The Ticketing System
• Imaging Laptops
• Onboarding\Offboarding Staff
• Supporting both Hardware and Software Onsite.
• Asset management
• Working independently and as part of a team

Key Performance Indicators:

• Prompt resolution of tasks and tickets to a high standard including effective and friendly communication with end users.
• Upkeep of relevant IT assets process guides, documents, and system data in an accurate and concise manner.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous customer service experience, even if this isnt from an IT setting.
• Possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good telephone communication skills
• Be able to pick up new technical knowledge quickly.
• Be knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic about IT.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Good IT skills to also include the use of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
