Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat regarding software products and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues with software applications, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer-facing or technical support).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
