IT Helpdesk Support

to join our IT team. As an

IT Helpdesk Support

, you will be responsible for managing incoming support requests, providing first-level technical assistance, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring seamless IT operations through

Zendesk.

What To Expect In Your Journey

  • Monitor and manage incoming support requests via Zendesk, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide Level 1 triage and remote support for basic hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.
  • Assign and escalate tickets to appropriate internal teams or departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for support issues, resolutions, and asset inventory within the service management system.
  • Assist in IT onboarding for new employees, including setup of devices, user accounts, and system access.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for issue escalation and resolution of more complex IT problems.
  • Administer and support Zoom and Okta platforms for telephony and authentication access.
  • Ensure SLAs and response/resolution times are consistently met.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

Shift Timings

  • 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (US Hours)
