Apex Fund Services LLP is looking for Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey A Service Desk Analyst is a customer service professional responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users
The job responsibilities of a Service Desk Analyst may include:1 Answering phone calls, emails, and chats from end-users, and logging technical issues and service requests in a helpdesk system 2 Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues or escalating to higher-level support personnel as needed 3 Performing remote diagnostic tests and providing guidance on how to fix common technical problems 4 Documenting troubleshooting steps, incident details, and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system 5 Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software applications for end-users 6 Identifying and communicating trends in support requests to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the helpdesk function
