English proficiency-CEFR Level C1 Quaification-Educated to Degree Level & ACAMs qualification required Experience required-Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position. Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of KYC analysts, providing guidance, support, and training.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Oversee the KYC process for new and existing clients, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance with regulatory standards.Review and approve KYC files prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, KYC policies, and other relevant laws and standards.Identify and assess potential risks associated with client relationships and transactions.Escalate any identified risks or compliance issues to senior management as necessary.Liaise with partners to obtain necessary documentation and information for KYC processes.Address client inquiries and provide guidance on KYC requirements and procedures.Handle complex queries and issues related to KYC and compliance.Provide expert guidance and solutions to the team for resolving challenging cases.
