Service Delivery Manager/AVP - Healthcare domain

About the Role: As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end successful execution of large multi-year programs, serving as the single point of contact for both the client and CT leadership regarding program execution. You will be a thought partner for the client, helping to strategize and structure transformation initiatives. Your role will involve integrating multiple service lines to ensure the customer's program objectives are met, driving program-level activities, and leading offshore delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end successful execution of large multi-year programs. - Serve as the single point of contact for the client and CT leadership regarding program execution. - Strategize and structure transformation initiatives as a thought partner for the client. - Integrate multiple service lines to ensure customer's program objectives are met. - Drive program-level activities, including detailed planning, risk management, mitigation, scope, change & budget management, and release management. - Lead cadence and steering committee meetings with the client. - Engage in meaningful conversations with the clients technical and management SMEs, including architects and managers. - Define, track, and optimize program success criteria, metrics, and KPIs. - Lead and manage offshore delivery teams and conduct internal reviews and meetings. - Support account mining and identify opportunities across projects and programs in collaboration with the account manager/client partner. - Lead and support proposal creation, estimation, and planning for new opportunities. Mandatory Skills: - Excellent communication and senior/CXO level stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach. - Proven experience in successfully leading multi-year, multi-team, large programs. - Working experience in the Clinical/Imaging domain. - Understanding of the latest technologies, including AWS platform and DevOps. - Working knowledge of Agile SAFe and industry-standard program management practices. - Experience working in an onsite-offshore model with delivery teams spread across geographies. - Strong conflict management and dispute resolution skills. Desired Skills: - Previous experience in leading programs for Life Science companies. - SAFe or PMP certification.
