Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of service operations to ensure the timely installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances. Your role will involve monitoring service workflows, optimizing processes for efficiency, and implementing service policies and standards to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, addressing customer complaints, ensuring quick resolutions, and monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement will be part of your responsibilities.
