We are hiring for a Service Delivery Director role based in Remote (India) with Full-Time hours aligned to US CT Shift Timings (Night Shift) We are looking for Immediate joiners About the Role: Seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Director to lead and transform the Service Management landscape for a strategic client account. This pivotal role involves shaping a modern, efficient IT service delivery framework, integrating best practices in ITIL-based Service Management, driving end-to-end transformation, optimizing Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), and utilizing automation for service excellence. Reporting directly to the Client Delivery Executive (CDE), this senior leadership position offers high visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and enhance the ITIL-based Service Management framework - Develop and implement strategies for Asset & Config Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Align service delivery strategies with client business objectives - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation into service workflows - Act as a trusted advisor to internal and client stakeholders - Lead organizational change management initiatives Required Skills & Experience: - 15+ years in IT Service Management and Operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles - Proficiency in ITIL (v3 or v4) with relevant certifications - Strong knowledge of ALM, Config Management processes, and tools - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities - Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management - Track record of leading service transformation programs - Expertise in automation, orchestration, observability, and service monitoring platforms, including Service Now If Interested, Please share you resume to muthu.bagavathy@atos.net Show more Show less
