As a Service Coordinator at VNG Medical, you’ll manage our AMC/CMC contracts end-to-end—tracking renewals, coordinating billing, and reporting on SLA performance. You’ll also oversee preventive maintenance schedules, assign field and in-house engineers, and ensure all service checklists, calibration certificates, and repair records are accurately completed and archived.
In addition, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service tickets—prioritizing requests, dispatching resources, and monitoring resolution timelines. By liaising with clients and engineering teams, you’ll streamline on-site visits, bench repairs, and warranty evaluations to maintain high customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
