Job Description

Role Overview: As a Service Coordinator at our company in Bangalore, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, coordinating service calls between engineers and customers, generating AMC sales, and ensuring efficient team management. You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in service coordination and possess good communication skills and functional knowledge of CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Provide and maintain good customer service and solve problems - Schedule engineers for customer location visits - Maintain feedback once a complaint is closed - Keep a tracker on all the active complaints - Regular CRM updates on service calls - Periodical service reports to manager - Co-ordinate between engineers and customers to ensure maximum calls are completed - Co-ordination and co-operation with the service team to achieve targets - Coordination with other regions for smooth operations - Generate AMC sales and submit quotations for AMC, service, and spares - Ensure on-time and accurate documentation - Ensure availability of engineers at customer sites as required Qualifications Required: - Graduate - 1 to 3 years of experience in Service Co-ordination - Good communication skills - Functional Knowledge of CRM - Basic computer skills Note: Interested candidates should submit their CV and application letter to jobs@saksham.co.in.,
