Job Responsibilities:Proficient in Tally ERP Strong working knowledge of Excel (Data Entry, Reports, basic formulas) Inventory & Stock Management Raising Purchase Orders and follow-ups with vendors Good Coordination & Communication Skills with internal teams Daily MIS report preparation and documentation Handle basic office administration tasks Knowledge of HVAC industry will be an added advantage 1–3 years experience in Admin / Inventory / Coordination roles Smart, active, and good team player Should be organized and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities: Handling customer calls & service requests AMC renewal follow-ups and converting AMCs Ensuring timely service delivery Basic to moderate Excel work (data entry, tracking sheets, reports) Team coordination & technician allocation Drafting and replying to emails Maintaining service schedules and customer records Other Requirements: Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email drafting) Ability to coordinate with customers & service team efficiently Immediate Joiner Preferred
