Service Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on client needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and client interactions.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle client complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare and distribute service reports and documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
