Service Coordinator

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging in email and telephonic communication with clients to address and resolve any complaints they may have. Additionally, you will be coordinating on-site visits of our engineers and managing the installation schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Providing online support to both domestic and overseas clients will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to maintain meticulous records of warranties, software installations, user manuals, and software details to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available when needed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation. Relevant experience in the field totaling at least 3 years is required to excel in this role. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients. This is a full-time position requiring day shift availability.
