Experience Required

  • 1-2 years in HVAC coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and processes is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based role with occasional visits to project sites if required.
  • Collaborative work environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualification -

  • Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

 

  1. Team Coordination:

    • Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians for project and service tasks.
    • Assign daily service calls, tasks, and project activities to technicians based on priority.
    • Track and ensure the timely completion of all assigned work.

2.  Client and Vendor Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors regarding project updates and service requests.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to senior management when required.

3.  Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
  • Ensure all project and service activities adhere to company standards and deadlines.

4.  Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update service and project records in the system.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with management.
  • Handle invoicing and ensure proper documentation for all projects and services.

5.  Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring the quality of services and projects delivered.
