Job Description

As an experienced candidate, you will be responsible for the daily work management of the after-sales repair station in South India. This includes overseeing personnel attendance, discipline, work arrangement, and implementing 5S management on site. Your role will also involve communicating with customers to address after-sales problems effectively. Additionally, you will assist your superior in KPI analysis and process improvement. To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or security surveillance. - Proven track record of managing teams of supervisors and delivery personnel. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
