The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the after-sales repair station in South India, including overseeing personnel attendance, discipline, work arrangement, and 5S management on-site. They will also be required to handle customer communication regarding after-sales issues and respond to customer queries effectively. Additionally, the individual will assist their superior in KPI analysis and process improvement initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or security surveillance. The ideal applicant should have a proven track record of managing teams of supervisors and delivery personnel. Strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
