As a Box Office Executive, you will provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, including VIP guests, by greeting them with the correct salutation at every touchpoint. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing service on seat, suggestive & up-selling to enhance the customer experience. - Efficiently handling cash transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) to ensure no variance in sales. - Addressing customer queries promptly and ensuring customer delight through top-notch service. - Demonstrating proficiency in movie synopsis and genre to assist customers effectively. - Taking orders efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Independently managing box office operations and concessions handling. - Managing cash flow from box office and candy area accurately. - Operating the VISTA software system proficiently to generate revenue. - Upholding the highest level of integrity towards the organization and patrons. - Handling queries related to film content, rating, and show times. - Maintaining machines at the box office and concessions area. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory forms and revenue collection procedures. - Adhering to correct cash handling procedures and revenue collection policies. - Being flexible to work in all shifts, including mornings and evenings.
