Service and after sales Manager

You will be a key member of the ISIEINDIA team, a leading organization specializing in sustainable mobility, electric vehicle technology, and skill development. Your primary responsibility as a Service & After-Sales Executive will involve managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), overseeing the service team, and collaborating with colleges for after-sales support. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely maintenance, high-quality service delivery, and foster strong customer relationships. Your duties will include collaborating with colleges and institutional clients to offer after-sales service, training, and technical support. Additionally, you will be required to conduct college visits, participate in installations and demonstrations. Managing AMC for clients and ensuring on-time service delivery will be essential parts of your role. You will also lead and supervise the service team, ensuring their performance and productivity are maximized. Moreover, you will need to coordinate with the technical team for spare parts, repairs, and upgrades. Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively to guarantee customer satisfaction will also be a crucial aspect of your job. Furthermore, providing technical inputs for AMC renewals and service packages to support the sales teams will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, along with 2-4 years of experience in after-sales service, AMC management, or technical support, preferably in the automotive, EV, or equipment industry. Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, wiring, and components is essential, as well as experience in team management and service operations. Good communication skills, the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and effective service scheduling and prioritization skills will also be required to succeed in this position.,
