· Inspect vehicle to diagnose issues accurately.
· Register issues listening to customer complaints in the job card.
· Calculate repairing cost, time delivery, and additional works in the vehicle.
· Verifies vehicle by conducting test drives.
· Explain the bill to the customers in detail.
· Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives.
· Explain the customer about the future complaints of their vehicle.
· Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
