You will provide accurate cost estimates and explain recommended repairs to ensure transparency and clarity for the customers. Collaborating with the service team will be crucial to coordinate and ensure timely vehicle servicing. Keeping customers informed about the service progress and any changes that may arise is essential to maintain their satisfaction. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining service records and documentation accurately will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote additional services and offers to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person to engage directly with customers and the service team.,
