Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Vadodara. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing attentive aftersales support. The day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their service needs, coordinating with the service team, communicating service recommendations, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Aftersales support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in using service management software and tools
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or diplomas in automotive services
