Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering customer-focused service. They will handle customer service tasks, communicate with clients, and manage aftersales processes. The role includes scheduling maintenance, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring vehicles receive the required services for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Knowledge of Aftersales processes and best practices
Ability to work on-site and manage in-person client interactions
Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
