Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assess their service needs, and maintain a positive customer relationship.

  • Diagnosis and Consultation: Listen to customer concerns, consult with technicians, and perform initial vehicle inspections to diagnose problems.
  • Estimates and Approval: Provide customers with clear cost and labor estimates and obtain their approval for all necessary repairs.
  • Repair Order Management: Prepare accurate repair orders with detailed descriptions of customer concerns for the technicians.
  • Workflow and Scheduling: Manage service appointments and schedule work based on technician availability, ensuring the efficient use of workshop resources.
  • Communication: Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle and inform them when the service is complete.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough service records for each vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
