Key Responsibilities Manage the entire spare parts & accessories function of the showroom: ordering, stock, issue, billing, returns. Maintain adequate inventory of genuine Yamaha spare parts and accessories; monitor fast‐moving items & timely procure to avoid stock‑outs. (e.g., for a job description in another showroom) Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile physical stock vs system records, identify slow‐moving or dead stock, recommend actions. Coordinate with Service department: ensure parts availability for service/repair jobs, issue parts to technicians, monitor consumption. Liaise with Sales department (for accessories/add‐ons) and with OEM company representatives (for parts ordering, updates, warranty parts).
