Parts & Accessories Sales: Promote genuine Yamaha parts, accessories, and add‑on services (e.g., extended warranties, upgrades) during the service consultation. Estimate Preparation: Provide accurate service estimates for labor and parts, explaining all charges to the customer upfront. Service Coordination: Communicate service requirements and timelines to workshop technicians, ensuring all jobs are executed as per the customer’s needs. Customer Follow-up: Update customers regularly on the status of their vehicles and notify them once their vehicle is ready for pickup. Quality Control: Ensure all completed services meet Yamaha’s high standards and customer expectations before delivery. Invoice & Payment Processing: Prepare invoices, explain billing details to customers, and handle payment processing.
