Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Service Advisor at MG Select India located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Privy Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, managing and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing personalized service. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and taking care of Customer relationship management Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in providing customer-focused service Strong communication skills Aftersales expertise Excellent problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent
