About Us: We are a trusted Honda dealership, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and top-quality automotive solutions. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their service needs. Schedule service appointments and ensure timely service delivery. Conduct initial vehicle inspections and communicate issues with the service team. Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain the scope of work to customers. Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle service. Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Service Advisor: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
