Job Description

Lead and manage overall operations for sales and after-sales service in the two-wheeler division. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and service excellence. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Oversee dealership performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and business partners. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams across sales and service departments.
