Role Des</strong>criptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India, for the role of Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs during service visits, advising them on recommended repairs, and coordinating with the technical team to deliver aftersales services. The individual will also maintain accurate records, process customer concerns effectively, and work towards achieving customer retention goals through high-quality service.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer ServiceEffective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teamsKnowledge of Aftersales management and the ability to address customer service requests related to vehicle maintenanceProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needsPrior experience in the automobile service industry is a plusAbility to work well in a team and align with organizational goals
