Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Bodyshop Service Advisor to coordinate accident repair jobs, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth workflow in the Bodyshop department. Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience in automobile service/Bodyshop are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their Bodyshop repair requirements
• Inspect vehicles, prepare accurate job cards, and estimate repair costs
• Coordinate with insurance teams for claim approvals
• Update customers regularly on repair progress
• Liaise with technicians, painters, and Bodyshop team for timely job completion
• Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
• Manage invoices, documentation, and delivery formalities
• Maintain customer satisfaction and address escalations professionally

Skills Required

• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of Bodyshop processes, insurance claims & estimations
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments
• Basic computer knowledge (DMS, Excel, Email)
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Any Graduate
• 1–5 years of experience in Bodyshop or service advisor role
• Knowledge of accident repair process and parts is preferred
• Valid driving license is an added advantage
